This revolutionary new product Dekton by Consentino has been recommended by our senior design specialist for its incredible durability and resistance to stains, burning, scorching or cracking. Dekton is weatherproof meaning it can be used for outdoor kitchens and is increasingly popular as flooring and cladding on the outside of modern buildings. You can put your hot pans directly on the surface without any worry of damage!
Different textures and finishes are available including a highly-polished range, a marble effect is available pleasing at a fraction of the real cost of marble. However, these benefits come at a price as the material is often more difficult to fabricate.
Ubatuba Granite from Brazil
This stunning Lemurian Blue granite is an expensive statement piece, hard to maintain but gorgeous nonetheless. You could use a small piece in one area of your kitchen to stand out and compliment a less expensive Quartz perhaps.
